    Don't book for the roof terrace

    Excellent location. Good lobby lounge area.

    Roof terrace out of action "for tonight" but in reality it looked out or action for the foreseeable future as it is rented out to an external company. Since this was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel we were left disappointed.

    This is where I stay every time I come to New York. It’s my home away from home. The size of the rooms are generous, location, perfect, and the staff is amazing.

    I just wish there were coffee makers in the rooms!

    Great location, excellent staff - booked a king room which was comfortable.

    The coffee. Honestly, undrinkable . I’m not a “have to have Starbucks “ kind of person… I tried different options from the machine as well - cappuccino etc. for the resort fee , please provide better coffee . The pastries/ eggs etc were ok. Staff very nice.
