    レディースルームに泊まったが、リファがフル装備されていて良かった。

    バスタブのお湯を抜くと外側にかなり漏れてしまい、バスルーム全体の床がびしょびしょになって不快だった。 また、スチーマーの内部がカビていて使えなかった。置くタイプの美顔器を共有するのは衛生管理が難しいと感じた。

    Enjoyed everey moment of the stay.

    Almost everything. The room layout was very comfortable and the size was expected. We felt very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, when I told one of the staff, Mark, that one flaw about the room was that, despite being a luxury room on a high floor, the room had no view. Mark promptly changed the room to one that faces the main road with a great view. I was so satisfied. The executive lounge was also a pleasant surprise. Quiet, comfortable and provide small snacks, hot tea and cold classic Sapporo beer. A relaxing place to wind down an exhausting day of sightseeing.

    The bathroom is a bit dated.
