    Cucina ottima servizio eccellente, spa perfetta

    Tutto andato perfettamente, unico piccolo consiglio sarebbe carino per chi porta i cani in struttura far trovare ciotole e una cuccetta, sarebbe un plus

    A great stay in an amazing location!

    We had a great stay, well located for us to explore the area and do lots of walking. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included and the hotel is very clean and neat. Staff were very helpfull and friendly.

    Our room was very small and cramped however we didnt spend alot of time in there so it was not a big issue. The construction next door also took away from the appeal but this is no fault of the Hotel just our experience.

    L'albergo si trova in una posizione ottima e gli interni sono curati, lo stile di montagna con molto legno rende l'ambiente caldo ed accogliente, soprattutto nella sala da pranzo. La camera era ok, la Spa è molto bella e moderna.

    Mi dispiace dover aggiungere una nota negativa, ma il personale si è rivelato incompetente. La nostra prenotazione includeva solo la colazione, abbiamo chiesto di poter cenare lì e ci è stato detto che andava bene e che dovevamo scegliere i pasti. Abbiamo scelto quindi un secondo a testa, ma quando la sera siamo arrivati al nostro tavolo il cameriere ha detto che alla reception avevano segnato due secondi a testa. Abbiamo spiegato che probabilmente aveva capito male la receptionist, e il cameriere ha insistito affinché prendessimo anche un primo. Solo alla fine della cena abbiamo scoperto che la cena aveva un prezzo fisso per gli esterni...NESSUNO ce lo aveva detto prima. A sapere che ci sarebbe costato 50 euro a testa (preciso: bevande escluse, porzioni piccole e non abbiamo nemmeno mangiato il dolce) saremmo andati da un'altra parte.
