    Good location, but unprepared staff

The hotel location is great. It's near a subway station and nice stores. We had plenty of options around.

The hotel room felt dated, and the toilet did not work properly. We also had a very unpleasant experience with the reception staff. We needed assistance with a sensitive situation, but they provided very little support and seemed unprepared to handle it.
