    Housekeeping steal our money

    Staff was trying to be helpful but no result

    Very disappointing experience. During our stay, we placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, but housekeeping entered and cleaned our room while we were away. Afterward, we discovered that 100 Swiss francs were missing from inside my wallet. When we reported this to management, they immediately defended their cleaning staff and denied that anything had happened. Instead of properly addressing our concerns, the manager focused on CCTV footage allegedly showing that we had removed the sign. However, whether housekeeping was allowed to enter is irrelevant to the missing money. We felt that our concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. A very disappointing experience that left us feeling unsafe and unable to trust the hotel.

    Best hotel in Barcelona with great facilities and incredible staff!

    Third time staying here and by far the best place in Barcelona. Hotel is very clean, staff are amazing and it’s just an easy place to be. I could not be happier with the service throughout and will use every time I am in town

    Location thats all

    No light! Small windows! It should be specially marked whe u book. Tragic breakfast - I am glad i cancelled it last minute. Its definitely not worthy money u are paying at all!
