Ok - sadly I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
Location and that you could opt in for an eco voucher $10 for a tidied room instead of a full service which was purported to save 35Ltrs of water.
Went to the restaurant just before 8pm to have a coffee, which was nice, however, even though the restaurant was practically empty - only three tables being used, i was told I couldn’t sit at a window seat because they were kept for diners. There would have been at least 15 window tables free and a man occupying a window table was just having a beer. I was told I could sit out in the foyer area near the stairs or at the bar. I complained, politely, stating that I was staying at the hotel and that given the time - clearly past any dinner rush - it was acceptable not to be able to sit at one of the many free windows to enjoy the view while I had my coffee - 20 minutes max.

Super breakfast and super staff
Breakfast was amazing. Super friendly and helpful receptionist staff.
Family room was smaller than anticipated..only there for one night so adequate.
