    A great stay, will come back if I have the opportunity.

    Staff were particularly friendly and polite, everyone at reception and at restaurant was so kind. Camilla was especially lovely at breakfast.

    Beds needed to be separated as they were joined when we got there. Second room (the one with 2 beds) was a bit small, but still great rooms and an excellent stay!

    There is nothing not to like about the Hotel Grand Chancellor, from the amazing staff to the included facilities. Wow if you can afford ot I definitely recommend going for a suite, it was just amazing all round. And the water refill facilities on every floor were a great inclusion reminded me to drink when normally i would be too busy sightseeing then forget to drink.

    Good value needs a little TLC

    The restaurant was great. Food good and nice friendly efficient service.

    The sliding bathroom door was ridiculous. It weighed a ton and the slide was so bad it was hard to slide it at all. Once shut it was such a poor fit it offered no privacy. Not acceptable in an otherwise good hotel.
