ホテル清掃やサービスがとても良かったです。 ただバスセンターや主要な通りからは離れた場所で車移動でない観光客にとっては不便でした。

停車區域在坡上，沒看仔細有可能會停錯到便利商店前的停車格，電梯直達B1就是全家，前台員工服務態度很好，房間蠻大的，雖然沒有用餐但一樓餐廳看起來不錯，小鎮鄉下選擇不多也是一個好選擇

ホテルのスタッフさんの接客がとてもいいです、部屋も静かで過ごしやすかったです、ファミマもあるので便利ですし高千穂方面で宿泊するならとてもオススメです

阿蘇側から行きましたが、駐車場の入口が分かりづらくUターンするハメに… レンタカー利用者にとってはある意味危ないです。 朝食はワンポイントで特徴付けたおかずがあって良かったです。

The bed was the most comfortable I slept in so far. Room was large enough for a single person. They had free amenities in the lobby and the breakfast had a good Japanese spread. The only con is the elevator is super slow lol but at least they have one! Family mart underneath is super helpful. Would stay again and it's super close to the takachiho gorge!
