    Great view of the mountain, easy cable car trip to the lake

    Very difficult to reach with public transport. The hotel has a shuttle but are very slow to respond to requests (can't be booked), we waited 30mins in the rain at the bus stop (a 5min drive from the hotel) The buffet is a dystopian nightmare. Good variety food options but the restaurant feels like a cafeteria, no ambience, not enjoyable to enjoy the meals. We ate and left asap. The entire hotel and facilities are very very and could do with an upgrade, especially for the price. Beds are quite soft and uncomfy. Overall not great value for money.

    No proper space for luggage in the western-japanese Room.

    Interesting experience but a great location with stunning views of Mount Fuji

    Location very picturesque and we had fabulous views of Fuji. Dinner and breakfast was good.
