Warm and Welcoming
We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and it offered great value for money. We would definitely stay here again!
Everything was good.

Perfect room, great value, and wonderful location.
No complaints at all - the room, comfort, location, extras, garage, breakfast, beds, balcony, staff, cleanliness, and value were all excellent. If we return to Grindelwald, we will absolutely stay at this same location again.
Not really much of a complaint, but we had a beautiful balcony with a tall table for drinks, but the outside chairs were small. So to sit outside at the table with drinks to do people/scenery watching, we had to place our drinks on a table above our heads. Tall chairs outside would make this place 101% perfect.

Die Angestellten waren äusserst zuvorkommend! Alles ist sauber. Wir konnten uns in der Sauna von der Tagestour prächtig erholen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist genial!
