    Great property but restaurant was average. Dinner I had there was below average. Salmon was over cooked and served with partially reheated vegetables. Also, disappointing that cuisine was Italian vs Japanese.

    Japanese Aspen without the skiing

    excellent condition and great use of space in the room. location could not have been any better too - close to the bus stop and the rope way.

    ホテルというより、ウィークリーマンションのような設備で、キッチンもあるので、小さな子どもさんのいるファミリーにもいいと思いました。

    地點不好，房間很美

    飯店距離強羅車站步行需要十分鐘，全是大斜坡，拉著行李超級累，附近五點多就一片黑，晚上很無聊 廁所沒暖氣，走到裡面就冷到不行

    フロントの方の対応に冷たさを感じました。足が不自由な家族がいたので、エレベーターがないのも残念でした。
