Amazing staff, a few comfort caveats potentially!
The staff was friendly and accommodating, and handled our lack of Japanese super well. The room was a perfectly acceptable size, and if you're traveling with someone shy the private baths system here is easy to manage. The baths were a good temperature. Dinner and breakfast were authentically Japanese (extremely mild in flavor) but prepared with obvious care and intention.
I love a firm mattress and it's never happened to me in Japan that the bed was too hard, but the beds in our room were EXTREMELY firm. Technically it was a mattress on a frame, but no more than 3-4" thick and completely solid. Softness was similar to sleeping on the floor on a futon. If you are thinking of booking these rooms because they are Western style and you need a mattress not a futon on tatami (I was traveling with an elderly relative) this is not a good pick. I have been fine in traditional Japanese rooms before (though this was right at the edge of too hard) and I was able to sleep, but my relative struggled. The spa we had access to at their sister property is not very large and isn't available in the morning. It must be entered crouching down due to an open wall with the opposite gender side. Again, this didn't bother me but might be hard for older people with limited mobility or people who are very concerned with being seen by strangers (since you are relying on correct behavior from the other patrons).

床鋪舒服、接待人員細心、餐點美味
餐點準備的很用心，有兩個私湯可以泡澡（半夜也可以泡，晚上沒有限時很棒），還有準備浴衣讓旅客可以穿，外出泡澡也方便
老舊建物隔音比較差，可能要提醒旅客晚上要輕聲細語，遇到隔壁日本旅客講話超大聲，到了晚上11:30依舊很吵
