Fijne locatie in een leuk wijkje, veel restaurantjes op loopafstand en tegenover het station. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was lekker. De kamer was ruim, schoon en echt net een fantastisch uitzicht! Goed formaat bad met onsenwater op de kamer.
De heren onsen was gesloten, blijkbaar al een maand. Dit werd vooraf niet gemeld en juist om die onsen hadden wij dit hotel geboekt. Dit hadden ze moeten melden.

A wonderful, comfortable hotel for discovering Osaka
All employees were very helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, very well equipped and all information was also provided in English. We really loved the option to fill the bathtub with thermal bathing water. The breakfast buffet is huge and offers a variety of delicious traditional japanese and western food. Just keep in mind that the buffet closes at 10 am and that cleaning preparations start at 9:45 am , so if you'd like to sleep in on vacation, you should hurry to have breakfast. The hotels location is rather central in Osaka and well connected. Even though busy streets and train stations are close, our room was thankfully quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitley book again.

臭いが・・・
・駅から近く、コンビニも近い。飲食店も近くにたくさんあり便利。・部屋のお風呂で温泉が入れる。・遮光カーテンで、日が入らず遅くまでゆっくり寝ることができた。
・部屋に入った時の臭いが気になった。古い？臭いがした。・ホテルにある入浴施設について、利用方法などもう少し分かりやすくかいてほしかった。（チェックアウト後も利用できるとか、ロッカーがあるのか？どんな感じになってるとか）
