Hotel generally is good, but there are some issues
Hotel generally is good, cozy rooms, all receptionists are very nice and very helpful, but the lack of the cleaning service in the rooms make you think not to stay in this hotel and not recommended to the follow tourists. When we back to your hotel on the next day, around 5 pm, we found that the bathroom has not touched, the towels and toiletries were not replaced and there are used shampoo tubes and used toiletries everywhere. But what is made it worse, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the cleaning personal started arguing and raising the voice. Big disappointment and disrespectful. As I share all this above, I am expecting that the management will take all my concerns very seriously. Sincerely, Alex August 2017. Washington DC USA

Из плюсов Все чисто Приветливый персонал Симпатичный интерьер Телевизор Интернет хороший Холодильник есть Дешевые принадлежности и халат, тапки Тихо и спокойно Добротная гостиница Из минусов По ванной надо уточнять перед заездом, с этим сложности. Фото номера не соответствует самому номеру. Двухместная кровать не единая ( Душевая с запахом, но чистая На задворках Лиговского, пешком идти долго, пол отеля с видом на панельку, остальная часть в маленький сквер. За эту стоимость есть и поближе к Историческим местам отели.

a lovely Russian break, in glorious sunshine too
clean, friendly hotel, with English speaking staff. Breakfast good with a variety of food from breads to eggs to local items purchased daily at the local market. Great teas too!
