Good but expensive for the quality of room and mattress
The view from the room, the bathroom, friendly staff and breakfast was decent with choice.
The size of the room is tiny, barely space to walk in between. The mattress quality was very poor and ended up having back pain. And the noise around was loud probably due to the construction going around.

A really dirty and uncomfortable stay rooms really not clean at all
This hotel mentioned luxury boutique on some signs There is nothing luxurious It’s so embarrassing So dirty and nasty rooms a overall really bad experience We left the hotel 1 day before schedule And we could not take the chance to go for the breakfast Mention 8.1 review score on booking.com a mystery how on earth this can happen

Incredible and satisfying and everything we wanted
The room was well decorated and the location was extremely central to city hotspots. The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly.
It wasn't a deal breaker but breakfast could've been a bit more extensive in options and improvements could be made to the quality of the drinks served such as a coffee machine that also does tea instead of hot water in a flask.
