La ubicación, diseño y comodidad de la habitación.
Los ruidos de la calle durante toda la noche, unido a una mala insonorización de la habitación hizo que el descanso fuese imposible. Al estar cerca de la zona de fiesta, por la noche se escuchaba tránsito dentro de hotel y en el hall del hotel gente chillando. A las 7am el personal de cafetería arrastrando sillas y mesas para preparar el desayuno. Teniendo el Check Out a las 12:00 según booking, a las 11:00 ya estaban tocando la puerta y mandando WhatsApp recordando que el check out era a las 11:00.

Excelente experiencia
Excelente experiencia en el Hotel Helen Boutique. Todo estuvo impecable, desde las instalaciones hasta la atención del personal. Un agradecimiento especial a Ana Maria, quien me recibió a mi llegada. Todo el staff fue muy amable, profesional y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar. Sin duda, una excelente atención.

Great location and breakfast. Little space to move around the room
The location. The freshly made breakfast which takes time to prepare. The staff.
We did not get an upgraded room as per the booking.com reservation The fact that we were there during the earthquake on the 10 of August and their emergency exits were full of bags, packs of towels, boxes and a ladder.. all blocking the stairs needed to run before the building could have collapsed. The toilet, the basing and shower are not private at all and your partner can see your underwear, hear your farts and watch you every time you wash or brush your teeth.. room was not spacious at all... even though we were meant to have a free upgrade
