    The fact that is an ecolodge, and you are in the middle of nature. They helped me to book an excursión. Also when I had a problem in the room with insects they moved me right away in another room. I could even see a sloth there, and the message I have taken was fantastic.

    Giant cucarachas in my room, I got very scared. It’s ok to be in the wild, but in the room you should be a bit more safe. Anyway they have come to solve it asap and that was very helpful. Then, I’ve asked at my arrival to do the night walk and they told me they would let me know, but nobody ever told me anything and I saw them while having dinner doing it, so I felt a bit left out and never happened before. They also told me to tell the restaurant for my breakfast the day before to have something earlier than the time but that never happened, they just prepared me some fruit but the person in charge of cooking never prepared in advance and what I’ve received was “you can have breakfast where you are going next” and it was 7am and it was a trip of 5 hours, so it didn’t feel nice at all, also since my breakfast was included and the day before I didn’t get any since I didn’t ask, so I was already not bothering really.
