Nach anfänglichen Verständigungsproblemen was den Platz für unsere Fahrräder betrifft, war alles sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Lage Nähe Bahnhof.
In der Gasse ist es in der Nacht erstaunlich Laut. Für den Preis, hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet.

l'emplacement central . les lits confortables
petit déjeuner indigent . pain médiocre croissant nul tout semble être fait à l'économie . le rideau de douche en plastique infernal colle à la peau quand on se lave. difficile de récuperer les bagages car le propriètaire n'étant pas sur place c'est le personnel de ménage qui ouvre la porte . et 3 étages l'aspirateur , nous avons attendu un long moment et heureusement pas manqué notre train .

First off, the hotel manager was a complete jerk and a cheap skate. We stayed at this hotel as part of a G Adventures tour. -He refused to help us hotel bring luggage up a narrow curved staircase as there was no elevator. My sister cannot use her left arm and we are 62 and 65 -He served the same breakfast every day: one croissant, one baguette, ONE cup of coffee, one plain yogurt, one apple sauce. No fresh fruit. He got mad if you asked for anything different. He always poured the creamer into your coffee himself rather than have a small container on the table. -One day when we decided not to do the day tour with the guide because it departed at 7AM (!!) he didn’t have breakfast for us as he said we were not going to on the tour. Turned out he was lying as the 7am people said he forgot to place the bakery order the day before! He literally argued with me and chastised me for not giving us breakfast. -When we asked for an extra towel he looked at us like we were crazy. -Same with toilet paper. We ended up buying our own. -The shower sprayed all over half of the bath and created a mess and a risk of falling on the drenched floor (the shower curtain just blew around). -4 other tour participants had similar experiences to us and were not happy with the hotel

Excellent place to stay while exploring Toulouse
Absolutely perfect location. Very close to all historical sites and plenty shops and restaurants. Historic building with great modern accommodations. Parking available. Excellent customer service, very friendly. Great continental breakfast with local fresh food.
