    Phenomenal Value for money! ☺️

Everything was brilliant, down to the cleanliness, the complimentary snacks and being a small walk to the center. Also the customer service was phenomenal even though it's unmanned they were in constant contact through the day to make sure everything went well, I've stayed around the world and this was some of the best customer service we have received ☺️ we will most definitely come back!

Nothing it was exceptional value for money

Exactly as I hoped it would be. Everything about it was as I wanted.

Close to the Symphony Hall, so good for an overnight when gig and travel tickets have been committed to.

comfy and central location, very easy check-in process and responsive to my messages/questions.

clean overall but found a few stray hairs on the bed when we arrived that made me a little uneasy...
