Gardasee: Tolle Landschaft, pittoreske Dörfchen, aber viel zu viel Menschen.
Zimmer sehr schön. Frühstück eher Durchschnitt. Personal nett, Schwimmbad perfekt!
Das Essen: wir haben einmal im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, das war eher auf dem Niveau Jugendherberge.

Infelizmente a primeira impressão causada pelo mal atendimento da recepcionista comprometeu o todo
Quartos , piscina interna aquecida , restaurante com vista.
Falta Acessibilidade e bom atendimento de recepção com respeito.

To już nasz czwarty pobyt w tym hotelu i sądzę, że nie ostatni. Hotel w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Było czysto, personel uśmiechnięty i pomocny, pokoje przestronne, z dużym balkonem. No i ten widok na jezioro i góry na wschodnim brzegu. Rewelacja. Jak do tego dodamy jeszcze obfite, różnorodne śniasanie, to dopełnimy całość pozytywnego obrazu o tym hotelu.

Soggiorno meraviglioso
L'hotel è in una bellissima posizione con una meravigliosa vista sul lago e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Il personale gentilissimo e sempre disposto a soddisfare le nostre richieste; colazione e cena eccellenti.
Un consiglio che potrei dare è di mettere delle regole per quanto riguarda l'area piscina dove sarebbe piacevole avere un pò di tranquillità ed evitare bambini che giocano a palla o si tuffano, ed un maggior controllo per evitare l'accesso di minorenni nella zona spa e una volta usciti bevande a disposizione(anche solo acqua e limone) perchè sempre vuote.
