    Need for maintenance.

    Parking, difficult access and very dirty and smelly. In general the hotel was smelling bad. The elevators mot working properly. The camera was ok, was evident that maintenance was need it.

    La ubicación es perfecta. A minutos de la estación intermodal y de San Mamés con variedad de paradas de bus y de tranvía. Muy cerca también de la ría y del Guggenheim y a tan solo 10 minutos del centro. Nos encantó la comodidad de la habitación así como su limpieza.

    Un leve olor a cañería en pasillo de la séptima planta y en la habitación.

    Eccellente hotel

    Mi è piaciuto tutto! Struttura molto grande e recentemente ristrutturata. Reception H24. Deposito bagagli gratuito. Nella hall ci sono spazi con poltrone e divanetti in cui sostare nell' attesa del check in o del check out, bagni ed acqua fresca aromatizzata all' arancia e al limone gratis e a disposizione di tutti. Camere molto ampie con grandi finestre e vista sulla città spettacolare, arredate con semplicità ma molto funzionali con un' ottima illuminazione, grande specchio a figura intera ed ampio guardaroba. Bagno grande con doccia walkin e bidet!!! I bagni sono dotati di grandi flaconi di docciaschiuma e shampoo, poi ci sono cuffie per capelli, rasoio da barba con schiuma, pettine, cotton fioc e dischetti struccanti, salviette , spazzolini da denti. Letti comodissimi e molto grandi. Il camera c'è il bollitore con tazze, cucchiaini, vari tipi di the e caffè solubile, zucchero e dolcificante. In alcune camere c'è anche la macchinetta del caffè con le capsule. Piccolo frigo in ogni camera con due lattine (noi eravamo in due) di acqua in omaggio. Posizione spettacolare!!! Di fronte allo stadio San Mamés, a 500 MT dalla fermata della metro (quando uscite dall' hotel girate a destra, arrivate alla fine della strada e girate a sinistra, dopo pochi metri vi troverete l' ingresso della metro -stazione di San Mamés - proprio davanti), ad 800 MT dall' Intermodal (stazionamento degli autobus dove potrete prendere mezzi per qualsiasi destinazione compreso l' aeroporto). La zona è piena di negozi, bar taverne dove mangiare. Noi avevamo compresa nel prezzo anche la colazione a buffet davvero spettacolare. Per noi è stata un' esperienza perfetta, non c' è niente che sia andato storto.
