מלון ללילה אחד בסיביו
המיקום של המלון מושלם! ממש בלב העיר העתיקה על המדרחוב וליד הכיכר הגדולה. החדר גדול ונעים. המיטה נוחה. מסעדת המלון נהדרת בארוחת ערב. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת.
הג'קוזי לא עבד. ברז בכיור ללא מים חמים. שטיחים בחדר וברוב המלון לא מתוחזקים וצריך להזהר לא ליפול החתיכות רופפות, במיוחד להזהר ביציאה מהמעלית לספא. בספא: כל המתחם לא מתוחזק. רצפה רטובה ומחליקה. חדר אדים חמים עם ריח מזעזע של ביוב שאי אפשר להכנס פנימה. הבריכה - אי אפשר להפעיל את הג'קוזי . לא נראה כמו בתמונות שבבוקינג.

Authentisch, beste Lage, aber nicht perfekt
Netter Empfang, beste Lage und schönes altes Gebäude. Gutes Restaurant und viele Plätze innen und aussen verfügbar. Mit dem Taxi fast bis vor Haus (teilweise Autofrei) gefahren. Sehr bequeme Betten.
Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr alt, in Hermannstadt suchte ich aber genau danach (authentisch). War mein zweiter Aufenthalt im selben Zimmer. Mobiliar und Ausstattung (Teppiche, Schränke, Vorhänge und Toilette.... ) dürfte mal ausgetauscht werden. Beim Frühstück (langsame Kaffeemaschinen und teilweise fehlende Speisen) besteht noch potential.

永远都不会忘记这段经历吧！
这是一家不守规矩和道德底线的酒店，下午三点半到酒店，办了入住手续，迟迟不让我们入住！说对不起现在还没房间可住，带我们去别的地方住，我们一起带走行李到了一个很小破旧的房间，我们没有同意又回到了酒店，一直打电话找别家酒店。我们又是70多岁的老人。冒着雨自己也出去找酒店，人生地不熟的没有找到酒店，只有同意酒店经理找的很差的小旅社住了一晚。我付的钱是4星级酒店，住的是小旅社，这样的酒店真的太欺负老人了。
首先没有职业操守，给酒店带来极坏的影响和信誉伤害，酒店经理应该教育自己的员工！
