    Parcarea la discreție. Mărimea camerei. Atitudinea personalului de la restaurant și recepție. Mobilierul din lemn masiv. Camera călduroasă.

    Mirosul de vechi, de statut și încercarea de a-l elimina cu ceva parfum. Atmosfera a fost de nerespirat. Cada cu hidro îngălbenită și complet neatrăgătoare.

    Great wellness facilities, but the service and availability of staff need significant improvement.

    The wellness area was spacious and offered a great variety of facilities. I especially liked the saltwater pool.

    The main problem was the lack of available staff. We often had to search for someone just to buy a bottle of mineral water or order a coffee. I was also surprised that the staff, including the receptionist, spoke little or no English.
