    The location, cleanliness and facilities

    The bedding wasn’t great, not soft enough. The staff were lovely but not overly helpful in regards to parking. Didn’t know the parking was offsite and not just around the corner. So paying $30 for offsite parking is pretty average.

    Great location, friendly service and all round great experience

    This hotel lived up to all expectations based on the listing and reviews, really enjoyable stay. A great location for exploring Adelaide, friendly and attentive staff, nice areas to explore within the hotel and really nice rooms

    The pillows were the only thing I did not enjoy - a bit flat for me
