    Good stay

    Good buffet for breakfast. Central.location

Didn't like thaf the wiindows had been covered to be translucent. It made the room slightly claustrophobic.

Good location , room ok but could be better.

Good location, room was quiet at the rear of the hotel. Had breakfast. Good selection of items and pleasant dining room

Room itself didn’t smell great , there is a large piece of carpet in the centre of the room that fits under the bed which smelt very musty . Could also smell the same musty smell in bed . Room looked and seemed clean but not a great smell . Booked 2 rooms including breakfast. One room for myself and my wife and the other for my daughter and her partner. Following morning my daughter and her partner went ahead of us to breakfast to get a table for 4 however staff in the restaurant stated as there was only 1 person shown attached to each double room breakfast was only for 1 person from each room ??Therefore there was a charge of £30 for the other 2 guests if we wanted to stay! In more than 40 years of travelling the world that’s a new one on me. After a lengthy phone call to reception we were allowed to sit and have breakfast as they then realised we were 4 people , the same 4 they have checked in or course the previous afternoon and the same people who had paid for 2 double rooms for 4 people .. Restaurant staff not the best .

    Overnight show stay

Bed was super comfy. Reception staff were excellent, very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Good security within the hotel.

External windows in the room have had an obscure film applied, so no view out of the room!
