My stay was overpriced and terrible.
Nothing.
Everything. I paid for a “canal view” and got a view of grass with utility boxes on the side of the hotel. Many more fees at check in than told about at time of online booking. No free breakfast as said on booking site. Have to pay to park. Facilities are not near as nice as the pictures online. Front desk said room service was not available bc they had not staff to deliver. The property was not nice, vacant, unprofessional staff, a $150 deposit required, $12 to park your car in the parking lot, no valet service, everything about this stay was terrible.
