    It was good for non handicapped people

    Not much

    We were put on the third floor, but the access to the parking was on the second floor, so we had to go outside and walk around to get to the parking garage, and I was handicapped, so it was too much walking for me. Plus the woman at the front desk was not very friendly. Plus we had to walk inside then up a lot of steps to even check in.

    Great location but beware of potential hidden costs if you don’t pay on Booking.com.

    The location is great. It is easy to get around the Mayo Clinic from the hotel using the Skywalk and the Subway.

    I was surprised at the cost. Yes I did add parking for two days, but I don’t understand why I had to pay $90 more than the price given by Booking.com when I booked. It would have been better to prepay through Booking.com.
