    The room was fine, very comfortable. Beds were good. The rooftop bar was really a nice feature. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

    The ice machines are only on even numbered floors, but the closest one to my floor (11) on floor 10, was inoperable. So, had to go down to floor 8. The main thing I did not like was that after I had booked the room, I was alerted by email about an "amenity fee" of $40. It did include a credit for food and beverage, but still was an unwelcome surprise that should have been disclosed in the information about the total cost of booking the room.
