El buffet demasiado desordenado, no hay nadie que controle la manipulación de los alimentos, muy pocos meseros, las mesas sucias todo el tiempo, inclusive no se encontraban cucharas ni plátanos en algunas ocaciones en el buffet.

La atencion del personal es muy buena, siempre prestos a ayudar, las instalaciones, la vista desde la habitación, la facilidad de moverse en todas las torres, la tranquilidad
Estuvo bien la comida en el Buffet pero sugerirá tener mas variedad de entre el desayuno y almuerzo

Es un hotel agradable y familiar con opción para mejorar.
El lobby es agradable. El salon del piso 3 para el desayuno es agradable. El personal es muy amable.
Conocemos el Irotama desde pequeños pero ahora que regresamos con nuestros hijos, sentimos que el hotel se ve "viejito" y aunque el hotel del lago en teoría es nuevo, realmente no cumplió nuestras expectativas. En las fotos se veía mucho mas bonito. No estaba mal pero tampoco era lo que esperábamos encontrar. Esta lejos de considerarse un hotel 5 estrellas.
