    It was clean and the staff it was nice.

    I am really disappointed because when we arrive I ask for iron and they tell me that after tomorrow morning I can do the order and after that I need 24 hours to be ready. I ask to have the possibility to do it by myself and it wasn't possible! After that at the swimming pool the snacks are really bad... big prices for noting, the worst's pizza and sandwich and the price was not deserved. Another problem is that we need to pay 100 euros and we don't receive the money when we check out. I text then and the answer was “it can takes 3 weeks”, so today after 4 weeks I don't receive my money.

    ALL'ARRIVO NON ERANO PRONTE LE STANZE ANCHE SE SIAMO ARRIVATI ALLE 11, MA CI HANNO DETTO CHE PRIMA DI UN PAIO DI ORE NON SE NE PARLAVA. POI SONO STATI MOLTO SCARSI CON LE NOTIZIE, PRIMA ABBIAMO DOVUTO PAGARE UNA CAUZIONE DI 100 EURO COME DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE ( NON ESISTE DA NESSUNA PARTE) POI ABBIAMO DOVUTO PAGARE LA TASSA DI SOGGIORNO ALLA FINE AL CHECK OUT, ( LA TASSA SI PAGA QUANDO ENTRI E NON QUANDO ESCI E AVENDO FATTO LA PRENOSTAZIONE ONLINE SAREBBE DOVUTO ESSERE COMPRESO NEL COSTO)
