    El hotel estaba muy limpio cómodo buena ubicación y ya muy buen precio

    No me gustó que no nos dieron la información para adquirir unos camastros con una bonificación, y que nos cerraron la puerta para hacer el check out antes de tiempo pues sí

    Isla Mujeres is a tiny island with many choices. Ive been coming here for 18 yrs. I needed a ladt minute room for a friend visiting. This hotel is in a PRIME location! The rooms are clean & very comfortable. The hotel itself is a disaster & poorly run. Xmas deco in February. Laundry, waterbottles, towels everywhere. Extremely rude staff. Balcony & stair railings broken. There is a reason that they were 3/4 empty at the peak of the season.

    Great stay

    Great stay (overnight). Good air conditioning (quiet). Staff were great, friendly and always smiling. Small balcony off room, 2 double beds, refrigerator, small bathroom with a large shower (shower head could use a tightening or replacement - water spraying over) Quiet location, close to board walk.
