اقامة مريحة مقابل سعر مالي مناسب جداً (Value for Money )
الفندق رائع وموقعه ممتاز خصوصاً لمن يستأجر سيارة في أمستردام بسبب وجود مواقف مريحة ورائعة وسعرها معقول جداً حصل موقف لي في الفندق ازعجني بسبب عدم تنظيف غرفتي، إلا أن السيدة Citalin عالجت الموقف وطلبت من مسؤولي التنظيف تجهيز غرفتي بشكل عاجل. لم تكتف السيدة بهذا الاجراء بل قدمت لي خصم عن كلفة اقامة تلك الليلة مقدارها 50٪ . الإفطار رائع، والموظفون يتعاملون مع الجميع بكل احترام. كذلك يوجد سيدة اخرى قدمت اعتذارها لي عند انهاء اجراءات الخروج من الغرفة. للمعلومية هذه المرة الثانية التي اسكن فيها في هذا الفندق، ولو قدر لي زيارة امستردام سأعاود التجربة بدون تردد.
يحتاجون فقط تطوير اجراء تنظيف الغرف من خلال عمل مراجعة دورية/عشوائية (Random Check )على فريق التنظيف للتأكد من اكمال العمل على الوجه المطلوب.

Beautifully designed hotel, honestly worth coming just for the design. The staff are really nice and welcoming. The rooms are stunning and very comfortable, great bed and soft bedding. The room was very spacious and had lots of amenities. The pool with the view of the river is breathtaking. The spa treatment was amazing, my therapist was excellent and it was one of the best treatments I've ever had (as far as I understood, it's an outside company not connected to the hotel). The regular sauna is good.
The food at the hotel restaurant was terrible. I ordered an Indonesian bun, the meat was the worst I've had, and it gave me a stomach ache afterwards. The AC in the room is a problem, you can't really control it. Breakfast is fine but nothing special, not much choice. The pool water is very, very cold. The spa itself is small and feels claustrophobic, not pleasant when it's busy, and it feels a bit dated. The steam room is small and disappointing, it doesn't really fit more than two people.
