Overall we had a 5-star stay at Josef hotel! The staff were always ready to go the extra mile for our comfort. We loved

Very good (perfect) location, nice ergonomic planning and design of the hotel, pleasant and professional staff members. Great minibar which is free of charge.

We had a little unpleasant encounter in the very beginning when we were asked to pay for the first night of a duplicate booking that happened by mistake or a human error from a travel company. But then the manager lady handled the situation well and resolved it. Also the rooms were a little cold at night towards the morning because the centralized heating in Prague was still off in the beginning of October, but we were provided with a heater on demand which solved the issue
