    The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the lively Dotonbori area. The staff are friendly, polite, and patient. The hotel facilities are especially luxurious, with plenty of toiletries provided in the rooms, soups and tea available in the lobby, and complimentary coffee and alcoholic beverages.

    Unfortunately, the quality of sleep was not great. The surrounding area seems to be undergoing construction or renovation, and the noise from outside was clearly audible through the windows at night. Other than that, everything was very good, and we had a lovely stay!

    Big spacious rooms. Free onigiri during the day and ramen at night. Heaps of toiletries to choose from, for free. Free drinks - soda and alcohol. Kids get to design their own umbrella.

    Location is amazing but still a good half kilometer away from Namba station.

    It was wonderful and can’t wait to return again!

    It had every amenity! Kid friendly. Loved it! Location was perfect!!

    I wish they had a dedicated parking lot for rental cars or a hotel shuttle.
