    Overall a good stay and I would stay here again.

    Location was perfect to get to other areas in SF and Japan town is such a cool area to explore. The lobby and outside areas were really cool. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Happy they gave out free bottled water to guests during their stay. It was so cool to have a mall attached to the hotel.

    The balcony situation was dated and not very clean but it was not terrible. I don’t think the room equates to the price but I do take into consideration that it is SF and everything is expensive. AC barely worked in the room but it was manageable and we were able to get a fan from the staff which was helpful and made things more comfortable. Most of my “complaints” I feel weren’t a huge deal and I was overall happy with the hotel and the stay.

    Great location! Good vibes!

    The location was amazing! Japan Town is so cool - lots of great shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has a great vibe, and is nicely decorated. The lobby has free coffee/tea which was appreciated!

    Slightly outdated furnishings in the bathroom. Old uncomfortable mattress.

    I loved the parking situation, the kind staff, the bar, and the layout of our room. It was perfect!!

    I really did enjoy everything.
