    Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer fantastischen Lage, mit super nettem Personal

    Das neue renovierte Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, mit dem Blick auf den schönen Garten und die Ostsee. hervorzuheben ist das sehr nette Personal, ungewöhnlich für Usedom, klasse

    Der Palmengarten also das Restaurant ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen das müsste auch einmal renoviert werden und die Bar oben ist auch etwas ungemütlich und müsste umgestaltet werden,

    Mittelklasse nicht „Kaiser“Hotel

    Neu ausgestattet Zimmer, praktisch und komfortabel

    Speisesaal ungünstig gelegen, man kam sich vor wie in einer Einkaufspassage bei der die Geschäfte alle geschlossen sind. Treppe schmutzig und dringend sanierungsbedürftig.Buffett lieblos und unansehnlich. Essen was Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht wert.
