Séjour viennois avec Sissi !
L'emplacement est dans l'épicentre du centre ville, donc à proximité immédiate de toutes les boutiques, restaurants etc, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. La chambre est un peu "datée", mais cela a du charme (lustre cristal, fauteuils profonds, dais au dessus du lit ...) et c'est tout à fait dans le style "Sissi" ! Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment complet et de grande fraîcheur. Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute, et un Monsieur à l'accueil parle très bien français. Nous avons également utilisé la "navette aéroport", bien appréciable et confortable, et avec un chauffeur adorable. On est ravis de notre séjour !
Il pourrait y avoir un air de chauffage dans la chambre, car c'était un peu juste le matin (Octobre). Conseil aussi : souhaiter les anniversaires des clients : je suis venue pour mon anniversaire, et j'aurais adoré avoir un tout petit geste, même modeste.

Zimmer gut, Lage Hinterhof ist nicht meines, Frühstück sehr gut und gemütlich
Der Sissi/Franzl Flair passt sehr gut zu Wien. Die Lage ist top
Nicht gefallen hat mir dass man bei einem Einzelzimmer, wie so oft ,ein nicht so schönes Zimmer bekommt. Das Zimmer an sich ist total in Ordnung, ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass man gefragt wird ob man keine Ausblick und im ersten Stock sein will. Andere mögen den ruhigen Hinterhof vielleicht. Ich habe mich da nicht so wohl gefühlt und wäre lieber weiter oben gewesen und mit Fenster zur Straße. Aber wie gesagt, man wird ja leider nicht gefragt.

Location, cleanliness, standard of the room, serviced (reception ecc)
All very ok. The bathroom was a bit simple compared to the layout of the room
