Hotel Kant Palace – Honest Review The location of the hotel is good and convenient. It is near the metro station, and it was easy to travel to tourist places, especially the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. The location and accessibility were the best things about this hotel. I booked the hotel online through Booking.com. However, my overall experience was disappointing. At check-in, the reception staff were quite rude and their way of speaking was very harsh. We had already booked online, but they asked us to wait because of the online booking. I had already arrived about 1 hour late for check-in, but there was no issue or adjustment given at that time. The worst experience was during checkout. I was only 30 minutes late, but they charged me ₹500 for the late checkout. Honestly, charging ₹500 for just 30 minutes felt very unreasonable. We are also human beings and sometimes a small delay can happen. If there is a strict late-checkout policy, it should be clearly explained to guests beforehand and applied fairly. They also charged ₹60 for one bottle of water, which I found extremely expensive. The room was just okay, but definitely not what I expected from a 3-star hotel. The bathroom was not properly maintained and the overall facilities did not feel like a proper 3-star standard. We booked the room for two people, but basic items like soap and other amenities were initially provided only for one person. The hotel is rated as a 3-star hotel, but compared with other 3-star hotels I have stayed in, the facilities here were far below my expectations. Personally, I would rate my experience around 2 stars. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, and the food was actually good. However, the prices were quite high. Another major negative point is that outside food is not allowed, which I found very inconvenient, especially for people travelling with family. I also noticed that many online reviews seem extremely positive compared with my actual experience.

great location, comfy room and good breakfast.
we got quoted 100-150 for a taxi to the train station by one of the staff, when she left her colleague called us and told us it would be around 700/800. When we said no this quickly went down to 350. I am not sure why the second guy quoted so much or if he was getting a cut of the money , I don’t know. When we sorted it ourselves it was back to 100.

Needs to improve on housekeeping and hospitality
Over all okay choose to the location
There was no hot water access ,no bins provided needs call the staff every time to check the hot waters issues and the dinner is highly priced
