Emplacement très bon car proche de Tayrona. Grandes chambres. Belle piscine. Grand parc.
Personnel catastrophique, moyennement aimable (du fait d'un problème de langue certainement), ne parlant pas anglais et surpris de notre arrivée à 20 H30 qui n'avait pas été anticipée alors que nous avons eu un taxi envoyé par l'hotel (au moins ce service a bien fonctionné). Nous avons trouvé portes closes à notre arrivée et sonné un certain temps avant qu'une dame nous ouvre, manifestement très étonnée voire agacée de nous voir et ne parlant pas un mot d'anglais. L'accueil a été glacial. L'hôtel est classé 5 étoiles sur booking, mais ne correspond en rien à un 5 étoiles. Il faut supprimer la notion d'étoiles, c'est un lodge ou un "refugio" comme dit sur leur site, qui comporte c'est vrai une belle piscine, un beau parc et de grandes chambres, mais l'entretien est minimal et le personnel inexistant. Le rapport qualité prix n'est donc pas bon. Il faut baisser davantage les prix hors saison.

מלון נחמד ונעים מאוד במיקום נהדר!
מלון טוב במיקום מצויין, צוות אדיב ונחמד. המלון נמצא ליד נהר שקט ונקי, לא רחוק משמורת טיירונה.
השער בכניסה למלון לא נפתח ע״י הקבלה ואין מי שיפתח אותו, בכניסה למלון הרגשנו שהגענו למקום נטוש. הבריכה לא היתה נקייה כשהגענו, אבל כשהארנו את תשומת לב העובדים הם מיד ניקו אותה. נראה שהמלון מתקשה להחזיק את הגינה הגדולה שיש לו. יחד עם זאת, הצוות נתן לנו שירות מצויין ועשה כל שביכולתו שנהיה מרוצים!
