Goed verblijf op een mooie locatie zonder
Mooie locatie, ruime kamers en goede bedden.
Douchehoek is wat krap bemeten. Het restaurant lijkt meer eetzaal. Probeer deze ruimte aan te kleden zodat er meer sfeer komt.

Sehr gemischtes Urlaubserlebnis!
Die Lage des Hauses ist spitze! Direkter Blöick auf die Mosel. Überwiegend sehr freundllches Personal.
Wer mit einer Handtuchstange von 80 cm für 4 Handtücher zufrieden ist, liegt hier richtig! Eine Handtuchstange am Waschbecken gibt es nicht. Auch gibt es keine bestzte Rezeption, self-check-in ist angesagt, auch für die überwiegend älteren Gäste. Alle 2 Tage wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, aber entgegen dem Wunsch des Gastes auch die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Kein umwelstfreundliches Verhalten. Obwohl lange vorher gebucht, hatte etwa 2 Wochen vor Reiseantritt ein Mitarbeiter an einem Sonntagmittag angerufen und kompromisslos angekündigt, wir müssten für die erste Nacht im Dachgeschoss schlafen! Das wurde aber am Folgetag auf unser Betreiben revidiert.. Bei Bookingcom für 6 Nächte € 1.450 mit Frühstück gezahlt, hatte besondere Erwartungen an das Hotel geweckt, die so nicht erfüllt wurden!

Sauna with castle and city view is best. You have to make the reservation but then it’s private and relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is various with cold and warm buffet.
No parking after paying non-cancelable booking. However, you can park at street parking at another side of Mosel for 3€/24H if you don’t mind walking through the bridge with wonderful river views several times. The room is a bit smaller than the photos and there is only one window without castle view. The photo shown in the booking should be the only one at the corner. The bathroom is clean but shower space is too small for 180cm-tall man.
