1、月日の経ってる高級ホテルで、建物自体古さを感じるのは仕方ないが、客室の電球切れは少し残念に思いました。 2、王様のビュッフェを1番楽しみにしてましたが、期待度が高すぎて少しギャップを感じました。特に天ぷらは2品しかなくもっと種類が欲しかったです。子供向けの食事も有れば嬉しかってです。 3、館内は基本浴衣、スリッパでの移動はNG（チェックイン時に説明あり）でしたが、客室から浴場までの直通エレベーターがあり、そちらからの浴衣移動は可でした。（事前に説明なし。私服で浴場へ行き脱衣所で他のお客様が浴衣だったので後にわかりました）その事は案内用紙に小さく書かれていたので気がつきません。その他は大変満足できました。

一度は宿泊してみたいと思っていたので、満足です。30周年という節目の時でホテルの歴史についても想像以上で、外観ももちろんですが、内装のこだわりも感じる事ができ、全てが職人の匠の技の結集を感じ取る事ができて感動しました。

高級感&親しみやすさのホテル
年間2〜3日利用してます。お城のような外観で少し敷居が高いように感じる方も多いかと思いますが、従業員の皆さんはとても親切に笑顔で対応してくれます。部屋はもちろん館内の調度品もとても雰囲気があって満足度を高めてくれます。夕食は「王様のビュッフェ」お酒が好きな私たちは必ずワインビュッフェを利用してます。そしてお風呂もとても癒されます。価格以上の充実感を味わえるホテルです。

お部屋は広々としてゆっくり過ごせました。温泉も清潔感があり、ゆったりとしています。 1階と2階の温泉の雰囲気も随分異なり両方楽しめます。お食事の王様のビュッフェはどれも美味しく頂きました。

一泊でしたがすごく対応がよく、施設など不満はありません。今後、白浜にいく際にはまた宿泊を希望したいとおもいます。
