    Hotel bonito en Ontiyent

    Cama cómoda, personal amable y hotel muy bonito.

    El parking cuesta 12 euros la noche. Y se oían mucho los ruidos del pasillo. Por lo demás todo genial.

    NADA

    El personal pésimo, contraté el hotel, al contratarlo me di cuenta que contraté dos habitaciones para 2 personas, en vez de 2 habitaciones para 4 personas, el personal de recepción me querían cobrar un suplemento de 16€ por persona, cuando por booking costaba el mismo precio para 2 que para 4, tuve que llamar a booking reservar otra vez la habitación para 4 personas por el mismo precio y ya me devolvieron el dinero de la primera reserva, nos dieron una habitación más pequeña de lo contratado, en un edificio diferente al hotel, no concordaba nada con las imágenes, supuestamente tenía 20 metros cuadrados y no tenía ni 12…

    Todo genial, nos tocó la habitación de la torre y nos sorprendió mucho.

    La cama estaba un poco deformada hacia el centro, diría, no sé si el colchón o el somier. Terminamos los dos amontonados en el centro de la cama y esto afectó un poco a nuestro descanso. Pero por lo general, todo lo demás bien.

    The building was stunning and very central. Staff were lovely everywhere, on reception, in the dining room, housekeeping etc.
