    The rooms are very spacious, particularly after you've stayed in Tokyo and Kyoto! There are plenty of amenities available in the lobby. In the morning there is a coffee machine. It's only available until 10 or 11am, but then there are sachets of instant.and various teas you can take to your room. The location is really good. Easily able to reach all areas of the city via the yodoyabashi and kitahama stations, both are two minutes walk away. You can use the Keihan line to get all the way to Kyoto in just under an hour and for only 500yen. It made transferring between cities so easy. They'll store your luggage until check-in and the staff were very helpful with sending our bags on to our next hotel.

    I really can't think of any negatives. It was exactly what we needed. There's even a 7-11 right next door.
