    "We originally booked just a one-night stopover on our way elsewhere, but we enjoyed it so much we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. It was truly an incredible experience! Although it’s a mid-sized property, it carries such a warm, welcoming charm that made us feel instantly cared for. A special mention goes to Joy, who manages the hotel. She is remarkably kind, calm, and effortlessly capable—handling everything from front-of-house operations and the kitchen to ensuring the rooms are spotless. Even during the low season, every single detail was impeccably prepared. The entire team shares that same positive energy: they are relaxed, genuinely happy, and attentive without ever missing a beat. What amazed us most was Joy’s responsiveness and stamina; she is always on-site, never looks tired, and replies to messages almost instantly while managing multiple moving parts with absolute grace. Thank you for making our holiday so joyful and entirely stress-free. We are already looking forward to returning with our family next time. See you again soon!"
