    Traumhaft schöne Anlage

    Tolle Anlage, luxuriös. Pool schön. Wasserbungalows sehr schön, groß, einfach toll. Aber beachten das der Bungalow zur Sunset Seite steht, sonst geht eine fantastische Aussicht verloren! Restaurant war gut, Frühstück gut, Service etwas unbeholfen, aber ok. Kanus zum Ausleihen kostenlos.

    Die Gäste die schon vor dem Frühstück die Liegen mit dem Handtuch am Pool reservieren!

    Unfortunately, this resort is a huge disappointment. As the only resort on Rangiroa, it attracts guests expecting higher standards, but the service is poor, with staff generally unmotivated and superficial, apart from the very kind porter. Food is overpriced and of terrible quality, and we became ill after eating bad fish. Housekeeping was inadequate, with an unclean bathroom, ants everywhere and towels not changed. The property is visibly run-down and poorly maintained, with standards that barely reach two-star level. Overall, the service, cleanliness and food quality are completely unacceptable for the price paid. What a shame — this experience seriously spoiled our holiday.

    Bien dans l’ensemble

    Le personnel très serviable et à l’écoute .. La possibilité de louer des vélos sur place , une salle de sport .

    Notre bungalow était tout au fond du site , sans hamac comme il était présenté sur les photos !! et proche du passage public . Le vent qui s’engouffre nous a empêcher de dormir . J’ai appris par la suite qu’on pouvait réserver la demi pension mais celle ce ne nous a pas été proposé sur place , dommage !
