Everyone and everything, Harry was very welcoming and assisted with everything we needed due to my husband being unwell. 10/10 Harry. Complimentary Anzac biscuits were delicious as well 😋

    Great location, facilities and staff

The receptionist was very helpful and even carried our bags up the stairs, as elevator was broken. The male bar person working on the afternoon of 14/9 was very attentive, considerate and assisted us with our drinks and dinner. The free shuttle to the airport was great and female driver was lovely. Thank u

The elevator wasn't working, which obviously was out of their control. (waiting on a part)
