    We loved the hotel, our spacious room and the wonderful view. The dinners were excellent, and we also felt very well taken care of by the staff. The onzen was wonderful, two large basins, one of them outdoor with Pazifik view, Very good breakfast. Reliable and friendly shuttle service.

    The staff are super friendly and for the most part accommodating.

    I tried to arrange a kaiseki meal but the staff member I spoke with couldn't help. It could have been a communication issue or perhaps the meals take a lot to prepare. I'm aware that in the more remote areas english is not spoken as much, but there are plenty of ways around that these days. Regardless, it was a great place to stay. Also, I don't remember reading anywhere in the booking information that the onsite Onsens are not Tattoo friendly so, considering Kinosaki Onsen is, I was a bit bummed that we couldn't use those facilities.

    Tres belle hotel

    L hotel est tres bien Le spa avec vue sur la plage est super La chambre est grande et confortable Le petit dejeuner est tres bon A recommander sachant qu il est a 10 min en voiture de kinosaki mais un shuttle vous récupère

    Rien mis a part qu une rénovation de la moquette serait nécessaire

    部屋からの眺望は良かった。

    タバコ臭い。壁などにシミが多く見られた。
