    Rooms left unlocked

    Hotel was in a nice location

    The front desk was not always staffed. At night there was a button to push to call doneone, but during the day the button was removed and you just had to wait and hope someone would turn up.. When we went out for the day, on both days we came back, the room was unlocked as the cleaners had been in there and didn't lock it afterwards. I was going to complain about this, but there was no one on the front desk. As the room did not have a safe or anything else to secure items, anyone could have walked in the room and gone through our possessions.
