Overall a lovely stay, and good value.
Location was very good, just 5 minutes walk to the castle and 15 minutes to the market square. Our room had a lovely view over the river and castle and was very clean and comfortable with good, plentiful toiletries, tea making facilities and bottled water. Also lots of room to store clothes, which is frequently a rarity! The cold choices at breakfast was excellent, though hot food not so much. We dined in the rooftop restaurant one night, and the food was excellent with friendly waiting staff.
There didn't seem to be any air conditioning or heating control in the room.

Wonderful quality hotel on a great location
Perfect place to stay in Krakow. Nice views of the river and castle, walking distance to the castle, old town etc. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean.

The location is very good. The view vas beautiful. The breakfast was nice. There was a very nice sitting area in the room, 2 armchairs and a little coffee table. A coffeemaker and a kettle in the room is a huge bonus!
The mattress was very soft and not comfortable. The noice from the outside made it hard to sleep. The smell in the room was not fresh, but opening the window solved the problem.

Отличный отдых@
Расположение супер,рядом река,минут 10 до старого города.Вид с террасы обалденный.Сам отель уютный,все чистое,новое.Очень удобные кровати с огромным выбором подушек.
Завтраки немного однообразные,но голодным не уйдёшь.И в ванной комнате периодически неприятный запах.
