Basically everything was really great - the check in/out, the atmosphere. The hotel as itself is really nice, our room was rummy. The location of the hotel was also great for a trips to Hamburg. You just take a bus or walk around 20 minutes to the train station and take a train.
1. The entry from the main street can be a bit tricky, as in the same area before the hotel there is a car rental. So yes, you need to drive into the Sixt entry, pass it by and at the end you arrived at the hotel. 2. One lady from the personnel was really rude while coming for a breakfast and later as I had a question about the bus station. She was also not really willing to help. At least she asked another colleague. 3. As the hotel is near to the train, you can hear in the room the train passing by - not really disturbing but if you need a complete quiet to fall asleep, then it can be an issue for you.

Sauberes, großes Zimmer und Bad mit allen, was man braucht
Nur eine Anmerkung: das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Wedel in Richtung Hamburg - ideal für Besucher mit Auto!
